Monthly pricing is based on a variety of factors: your headcount, number of managed devices (workstations, servers, cloud applications), number of physical locations, industry, and current technology operating environment.
ProviDyn offers two managed services plans: Fully Managed and Co-Managed. The biggest difference between Fully Managed and Co-Managed IT usually gets down to help desk. Companies WITHOUT internal IT get this and everything else.
Companies WITH internal IT select everything else except help desk support because they typically already provide this service in-house.
Managed IT Support plans typically start at $1,850.00 per month. One-time charges for onboarding are equal to your monthly fees.
Microsoft licensing, backup and disaster recovery, Internet access, VoIP services, new equipment, project work, and professional services are available and carry additional fees. The following three service scenarios will give you a general idea of our base monthly fees.
