Chief Morale Officer
Charlie Davidson is the strong and silent type. A perpetual soothing presence who fully embodies our core values, most notably “we remain calm in all situations,” Charlie is very active in ProviDyn’s approach to layered cyber security solutions. While security is certainly administrative and technical in nature, Charlie focuses on the physical elements and is quick to bark the second any anomalies appear on his “Labrador Receiver.” As he puts it, “You can’t always keep the bad guys out. And by bad guys I mean thieves who won’t share their beef jerky. However, early detection and response are your best defense against loss and legal liability.”

Hamish Davidson
President & CEO
As President & CEO Hamish Davidson has executive responsibility for the overall strategic direction as well as sales and marketing oversight for ProviDyn®. He brings over 25 years of IT experience and enterprise industry experience—leveraging a large enterprise approach and processes development ideology to the business. His expertise includes operational efficiency improvement, telecommunications, information security, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Prior to joining ProviDyn, Hamish was a Managing Principal at Zyman Group where he led initiatives which drove growth from $10M to $65M and expansion from Atlanta to a global presence in less than three years. Throughout his career, Hamish has managed IT operations and projects for Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. including Walmart, MCI, Hewlett Packard, General Electric, Alcoa, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Acxiom UK Ltd, Norfolk Southern, and SunTrust Bank. He also ran his own consulting firm, Enterprise Consulting Services, for five years.
Technically, Hamish is proficient in LAN/WAN architecture, Client/Server technologies, wireless technologies, web technologies, midrange systems, legacy systems and enterprise support. He’s also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), VMware Sales Professional (VSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCDA).
Born and educated in London, Hamish also spent time in South Africa before crossing the Atlantic to America where he married and started a family. Outside of the workplace, he finds solace hiking, traveling with his wife and three children, and serving as a scout leader. He also enjoys classic European cars and motorcycling through the mountains.

Matt Galloway
Senior Director, Operations
Matt Galloway brings over 20 years of experience in business enabling technology to ProviDyn, the majority with IT consulting firms. As Senior Director of Operations, Matt is not only responsible for the day to day operations and maintaining ProviDyn's superior reputation for client service, but also long- term strategic initiatives to ensure ProviDyn continues to be a leader in the industry. Matt's focus on maintaining a strong team through employee growth and development, refining processes, increasing efficiency, leveraging technology and innovation, and amplifying communication are the keys to providing an exceptional client experience, increased value and industry differentiation.
Prior to joining the ProviDyn leadership team, Matt served as a director at All Covered/Konica Minolta Business Solutions, one of the largest managed service providers in the country. This experience, as well as being an owner of a local IT services firm in the early 2000's has given Matt unique insights into a wide array of different IT service models and business methodologies. Throughout his career, Matt has served in over a dozen roles from technical to management to leadership, all in the IT services industry. He has seen how businesses have evolved both in scope and scale, and has assisted organizations with anywhere from 10 to 1000's of employees in numerous capacities.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of West Georgia, numerous technical certifications, and has a thirst for knowledge especially business processes, ITIL, team building and leadership. After years of hobbies such as rock climbing, cave diving and flying small planes, Matt's primary interests outside of work are now reading, golf, fiddling with cars and spending time with family.

Jed Fearon
Solution Advisor
Jed Fearon is a 15-year managed services veteran with a BA in English from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from American University in Washington D.C.
Employed by ProviDyn for the last 4 years as a Solution Advisor, he plays three critical roles within the organization – solution sales, marketing strategy and account management. This includes an active speaking schedule delivering Cyber Security Awareness Training to organizations all over the greater Atlanta area.
Jed resides in West Midtown with his rescue dog – Piper, a Potcake from The Bahamas. He is also a member of Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church where he plays drums in the worship band every other Sunday.

Anita B. Marco
Director of Client Strategy
As a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional with nearly two decades of experience in IT strategy, planning and execution, Anita Marco applies her expertise helping align ProviDyn’s technology initiatives with our clients’ strategic business goals. In that capacity, Anita develops program roadmaps and budgets, designs technology plans and approaches, directs client on-boarding, and compiles and leads technology business reviews—all based on client-specific needs.
She is also charged with relationship management, including facilitating meetings and strategy sessions, presenting client webinars and events, and advising clients on emerging technology trends and opportunities. Anita’s expertise in IT management, project management, infrastructure and systems specification, paired with broad competencies ranging from policy development to budgeting and cost control, are the ideal skillset to help ProviDyn optimize its clients’ technology outcomes reliably, securely and affordably.
After graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Anita worked for such notable firms as KeyWorth Bank, Arris Interactive (now part of Arris International) and Hitachi Communication Technologies before joining the ProviDyn team. Anita lives with her husband, Bill, in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. She was a Cub Scout leader for five years and is an avid sports fan, having cheered on her two sons’ basketball, baseball and cross country teams. Anita also served on the Parent Leadership Council at Oglethorpe University.

Christine Davidson
Controller
Christine Davidson, Controller for ProviDyn, is responsible for creating annual budgets to achieve company financial goals, adhering to finance-related regulatory policies, procedures and documentation, and enhancing company financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry and regulatory standards. She is also charged with managing ProviDyn’s in-house and outsourced payroll, onboarding and benefits packages, including health care and 401(k) enrollments.
Christine joined the ProviDyn team in 2008 after gaining significant finance expertise in tax and business accounting, first with Massey & Pittman CPA PC and then with Cherry Bekaert LLP—the second largest certified public accounting firm headquartered in the Southeast United States.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. In her free time, Christine loves to play tennis, work out, travel and spend time with her husband Hamish and their three children.

Carlos McCray
Director of Service Delivery
Carlos McCray has been working in the Information Technology industry for over 17 years and has been focused within Managed Services for over 11 years. As Director of Service Delivery, he has responsibility for the delivery of technology services that support and improve business outcomes for the clients of ProviDyn.
Prior to joining ProviDyn, Carlos more recently served as Service Delivery Manager at All Covered and Process Improvement Manager at Altuscio Networks. He also worked at Leapfrog Services for 10 years as their Field Operations Manager. Carlos has studied Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile and project management and has been able to use that knowledge successfully in helping organization improve process throughout the organization.
Carlos has over 18 certifications including technologies in Microsoft, VMware, Ruckus, Apple, Kaspersky along with others in Networking, Servers, Web Development, and Javascript. Carlos’ primary interest outside of work are learning new things, playing hockey and building robots with his children.

David Richardson
Solution Advisor
David Richardson is a Solution Advisor responsible for sales and business development. “Dave” has a 15-year track record in the MSP industry working with Altuscio (now All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta) and BlueWave Computing (now Onepath). His role at ProviDyn allows him to harness an extensive background recommending cloud, infrastructure and security solutions with at least one major twist. Small and mid-sized organizations will now get Dave’s insights along with enhanced strategy and personal attention to detail not commonly associated with the mass-market, national MSP’s.
Born and raised in Midland, Michigan, Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the Michigan campus of Northwood University.
He is a very much a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Other activities include snow skiing, water skiing, watching baseball, amateur videography and home remodeling projects. Dave is an active member of All Saints Catholic Church in Sandy Springs and does a great deal of volunteer work for charities and community fundraisers.

Melissa Rushing
Strategic Solutions
Melissa’s command as a trusted IT Strategic Advisor is based on nearly 15 years of experience delivering strategic solutions that align technology with the business goals of the client. Known for her client-centric approach, Melissa has worked for notable organizations such as Columbia University, WebMD, Xerox and Leapfrog IT Services. From disaster recovery to compliance and cyber security, she has collaborated extensively with C-Suite executives driving the planning, development delivery, and monitoring of technical solutions that span multiple industries and multi-million-dollar budgets.
A collegiate athlete and graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and possesses a variety of technical and business process certifications and experience including MCSA, Scrum, Six Sigma and CIS SANS 20.
Melissa currently resides in Peachtree City and is a mother of two boys, Alexander and Aiden. She is a community volunteer serving as a mentor to young women in technology, a Sunday school teacher at Southside Church and a member of various mission groups who serve in Guatemala. Melissa also enjoys swimming and spending time with family both located in the U.S and Turkey.

Bobby Beretto
Director, Support Services
Bobby Beretto has been involved in the IT Managed Services space now for over 12 years in the Metro Atlanta area. He has held many different roles throughout his MSP career such as; Systems Engineer, Managing Engineer, IT Operations Manager, and Director of Client Success. All these previous roles have led his path to ProviDyn as Director of Support Services where he is responsible for leading, organizing, and inspiring our managed services team to achieve a high level of efficiency and quality in the execution of support for ProviDyn clients.
Aspiring to build partnerships with his clients is the culture which he tries to create. Bobby believes that when a client sees the relationship as us being a partner rather than a “vendor" or "contractor” it allows for open and honest communication in both directions. Nurturing this type of working relationship is where he can help clients to become as successful as possible by meeting there IT needs. Bobby has achieved varying certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Meraki, and Lean Six Sigma.
Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. A native of New England (Cranston, Rhode Island), and grew up with an appreciation of competitive sports. He is an avid sports fan cheering for the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves and Atlanta United. He enjoys sharing this passion with his family and you can find them at the Battery cheering on the Braves throughout the baseball season. His other interests include reading, playing softball, and woodworking – a craft that he taught himself.
