ATLANTA – March 16, 2019 – Integris®, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, held its spring picnic at Hammond Park in Sandy Springs. Minutes from the Integris office near the Whole Foods on Roswell Road, the Saturday event featured the grill mastery of CEO Hamish Davidson, a wide array of comfort foods, classic rock and quasi competitive games to give everyone a change up from the intensity of everyday IT systems oversight.

The picnic followed Integris’s Quarterly All Hands Meeting which was held on Friday afternoon. This gathering is inspired by Entrepreneurial Operating Systems’ guru Gino Wickman whose books and webinars have heavily influenced Integris’s approach to running the business, helping clients excel and strengthening corporate culture. Wickman emphasizes the importance of having industry focus, specific revenue goals, shared core values and key performance indicators that track and reward employees for their contribution. Support Engineer Daniel Brys and Director, Client Strategy Anita Marco were two standouts this quarter, recognized with specific awards based on glowing feedback from client assessments, Google reviews and SmileBack, a rating system that tracks every ticketed encounter.

No Integris outing would be complete without a tense and dramatic Jenga tournament and relay race with 2 competing teams making laps around a small track. The goal is to complete each lap without dropping small Styrofoam balls that each team member scoops single-handedly with spoons from buckets at the starting line then deposits in receptables at the finish line. It’s a race against time and the team with the most balls in their bucket wins.

Integris CEO Hamish Davidson is an avid proponent of dynamic employee engagement activities and remarked, “While technology tools are a huge equalizer and tend to eventually be accessible to most managed services providers over time, Integris is heavily differentiated by our processes and our people.” He continued, “Making Integris a special place to work benefits employees and clients alike.”
