ProviDyn Names IT Support Veteran Linda Messing Williams to Director of Client Services

ProviDyn®, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, today announced that it has hired Linda Messing Williams to the position of Director of Client Services. In this capacity, Williams assists in the development of operational procedures and company strategic initiatives.

In her new role Linda serves as the client contact for escalated problem identification and resolutions and will draw on 29 years of industry experience to foster deep customer relationships.

Prior to joining ProviDyn, Williams served in progressively responsible technical support positions including managing call centers, field services and dispatch teams and provided direct technical support to customers. Williams was also a business owner and president of a technology company in Atlanta for 16 years.

Linda studied Criminal Justice at Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri. She is a charter member and past president of the East Cobb business association, and has served as a leader in both Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. Linda and her husband Brett enjoy a full house including six children, two grandchildren, four cats and a dog. Recently retired from ice hockey and karate, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, hiking and doing volunteer work whenever she can.
